Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.4 Eligibility

Article 2: Service Description

2.1 Overview

ReddGrow is a Chrome extension and web service that provides AI-powered Reddit marketing automation tools, including:

  • Automated discovery of relevant Reddit discussions
  • AI-generated comments and posts
  • Scheduled posting and comment management
  • Analytics and performance tracking
  • Reddit browsing automation

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

2.3 Beta Features

The Service may include beta features that are experimental and subject to change. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Article 3: Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment of subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings.

Article 4: Reddit Account Integration

4.1 Authorization

By connecting your Reddit account to ReddGrow, you authorize us to access and use your Reddit account on your behalf to:

  • Post submissions and comments
  • Browse and interact with Reddit content
  • Retrieve account information and posting history
  • Monitor post performance metrics

4.2 Reddit Terms of Service

You acknowledge that your use of Reddit through ReddGrow is subject to Reddit’s Terms of Service, Content Policy, and User Agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ReddGrow complies with Reddit’s policies.

4.3 Account Suspension Risk

You acknowledge and accept that automated posting and interaction with Reddit may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from Reddit. ReddGrow implements best practices to minimize this risk, but we cannot guarantee that your Reddit account will not be suspended or banned.

4.4 Revocation

You may revoke ReddGrow’s access to your Reddit account at any time through Reddit’s app authorization settings or by disconnecting your account in ReddGrow’s settings.

Article 5: User Content and Conduct

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it to Reddit. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Your User Content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive content
  • Engage in vote manipulation or artificial inflation of engagement metrics
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate others
  • Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access Reddit beyond the Service’s intended functionality
  • Use the Service to promote or facilitate illegal activities
  • Post content that infringes intellectual property rights

5.4 Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor User Content and remove or refuse to post any content that violates these Terms or that we deem objectionable in our sole discretion.

Article 6: Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

ReddGrow offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current plan details, pricing, and features are available on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method to maintain an active subscription.
  • Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period after we notify you. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6.4 Refund Policy

  • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for extenuating circumstances, such as service outages or billing errors.

6.5 Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is made.

The Service, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by ReddGrow and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Service to create a competing product or service
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Service without our written permission

7.4 Trademarks

“ReddGrow” and our logo are trademarks of ReddGrow, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7.5 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use and implement such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

Article 8: AI-Generated Content

8.1 AI Technology

ReddGrow uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate content suggestions, comments, and posts. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or contextually relevant
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before posting
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI-generated content

8.2 Content Review

You agree to review all AI-generated content before posting it to Reddit or any other platform. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from posting AI-generated content without proper review.

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in any particular level of engagement, conversions, or business outcomes. Marketing results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

Article 9: Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Warranty

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Your Reddit account will not be suspended or banned

9.3 Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Reddit’s API and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REDDGROW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or content
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Reddit account suspension or ban
  • Personal or reputational harm

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10.5 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.6 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights and obligations without restriction.

10.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms you agree to when using specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReddGrow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.8 Survival

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10.9 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10.10 Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce and sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

10.11 Government Use

If you are a U.S. government entity, the Service is a “commercial item” as defined in FAR 2.101, and use of the Service is governed by these Terms.
